Silly me huh. (RETRACTION) In the video I stated I had not spoken with seller pain9700.... I spoke with her after uploading this video. She was really nice about the situation. She stated she refunded me for this purchase and is sending me a pre paid mailer to return the items. I let her know I'd purchased a ring and a hand bag for the Dark Brown...etc and a ring for the Tan...etc, so she said just send her 1/2 of what I was refunded and keep the earrings. If that is okay with me or just keep the earrings and enjoy. I will send her a 1/2 payment. I will not order something and pay nothing for it. However I must say, although I am satisfied with the Customer service and the delivery time frame. I am not to happy with the products (unraveling of the thread) or the packaging.
